ODESA Environments

ODESA Staging: 

This is the environment for state administrators to perform testing on survey customizations that have been programmed by the HSRI team, in order to ensure accuracy prior to enabling the surveys in the Production environment. 

Survey data entered into Staging will not carry over to Production, but any user accounts created in Staging will carry over. If a user has been invited to create an account in Staging and went through the account setup process, they will be able to log into Production using the same credentials once surveys for their state have been enabled.

Note: 

• ODESA Staging URL is https://odesa-stage.nationalcoreindicators.org
• The ALERT banner shown below will appear at the top of the page when in ODESA Staging. No such banner will be present when in ODESA Production.

ODESA Production: 

This is the live environment where surveyors will be entering survey data and administrators can view reports and perform data exports. 

Client Administrators will be provided with an account and can then create accounts for Group Administrators, Users, and additional Client Administrators for their state. 

Note: 

• ODESA Production URL is https://odesa.nationalcoreindicators.org
• No ALERT banner will be present when in ODESA Production.

ODESA Demo: Coming Soon by September 2026 

This environment will be used solely for training purposes. User accounts and any survey data entered will not carry over to other environments. Access to Demo will be provided on an as-needed basis. Please reach out to your Client Administrator for access to the Demo environment.
